...warm hospitality, beautiful quilts... these are the hallmarks of our 175-year-old country inn. The Inn has 14 rooms that are furnished with traditional New England country pieces and offer doubles, queen, or king beds. All the rooms have private baths and air conditioning. Some rooms have whirlpool bathtubs.

For those that desire standard lodging, we offer 12 annex rooms with either two double beds or a queen bed, cable TV, refrigerators, air conditioning, and balconies overlooking the Ammonoosuc River. Suites are available that can accommodate up to six guests.

* Rates are for 2 people per room, per night, and include a full breakfast. Add $10 per night for a room with a whirlpool bathtub. Add $10 per day for a rollaway bed or crib. ** $20 per day Additional person in room; $10 per day Child under 12. Add 8% NH Rooms & Meals Tax to above rates.

Policies

• A deposit equal to one day's charges is required and will be credited to the first and/or last day of your visit.

• Cancellation and no show
  More than 10 days prior to arrival: no charge
  Less than 10 days prior to arrival: 1 night charge
  

• Minimum 2 or 3 night stay is required weekends, during holidays and fall foliage. One night stay subject to availability.

• Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.

• Check-out is by 11am.

• Restaurant Hours: Breakfast 7:30am-9:30am. Dinner 6:00pm-8:00pm. Hours vary in winter.
